Shipping & Returns
Frontier Exchange Co. offers products through several different fulfillment channels, which means shipping timelines, return eligibility, and fulfillment methods may vary depending on what you've ordered. Please read the information below carefully, and always review the individual product listing for the most accurate estimate for your specific item.
Order Processing & Fulfillment
Products may be identified as Available at Frontier, Ships from Partner, Made to Order, or Local Vendor Product. Because of this, processing and delivery times vary by item. Orders containing multiple products may arrive in separate shipments. The estimated fulfillment or delivery information on each individual product listing is your primary reference for that item.
Shipping
Shipping availability, carriers, rates, and delivery windows vary by product, destination, and fulfillment partner. Estimated delivery dates are estimates — not guarantees — unless expressly stated otherwise. Once transferred to a carrier, delays caused by the carrier, weather, service interruptions, incorrect delivery information, or circumstances outside Frontier's reasonable control may affect arrival. Where tracking is available, you'll receive tracking information through the applicable ordering platform.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Because orders may enter fulfillment quickly, Frontier Exchange Co. cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order is submitted. If an order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, additional production or shipping costs may be required before the order can be replaced or reshipped.
Order Cancellations
Orders cannot be canceled once placed. Please carefully review all product details — including quantities, sizes, personalization, and shipping information — before completing checkout. We encourage you to take a moment to confirm everything looks right before you submit your order.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If you receive something that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact Frontier Exchange Co. as soon as reasonably possible with your order information and clear photographs where appropriate. Frontier will review the circumstances and determine the appropriate resolution based on the product, fulfillment source, and nature of the issue.
Returns & Eligibility
Standard Retail Returns
For eligible regular retail merchandise, Frontier Exchange Co. maintains a 30-day return period. Items must be returned in their original condition — unworn or unused where applicable — with tags and original packaging where applicable. Proof of purchase may be required. Return eligibility may differ for made-to-order, print-on-demand, personalized, final sale, or digital items.
Print-on-Demand & Made-to-Order
These products are produced specifically for your order. Because they are made for you individually, they are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges based solely on buyer's remorse, preference, or incorrect sizing selected by the customer. Please review sizing information carefully before ordering.
However, please contact Frontier promptly if your item arrives damaged, has a manufacturing defect, is materially different from what was ordered, or was sent in error. Provide order details and photographs where applicable.
Learn — Digital Products, Sessions & Educational Resources
Frontier Exchange Co. — Learn is built for small-business owners, makers, market vendors, product-based businesses, food businesses, creative entrepreneurs, and anyone building or growing a business. Our resources are designed to be practical, accessible, and genuinely useful — wherever you are in your business journey.
Digital Downloads
Guides, workbooks, worksheets, calculators, templates, and other educational materials available for immediate download. Because you receive immediate access to the intellectual property, digital purchases are final sale once access or delivery has been provided, except where required by applicable law or where Frontier determines a technical or fulfillment error occurred. Contact us if you experience difficulty accessing a purchased file.
Personal Use & Intellectual Property
Unless a product expressly states otherwise, your purchase grants a limited license for your own personal or internal business use. Materials may not be resold, redistributed, republished, shared publicly, rebranded as your own work, or used to create substantially identical products for resale. All intellectual property rights remain with Frontier Exchange Co.
Strategy Sessions & Mentorship
Availability, scheduling, duration, included services, and cancellation or rescheduling terms for a particular session or mentorship offering will be disclosed on the applicable product or booking page. You are responsible for providing accurate contact information and attending scheduled sessions at the agreed time.

Events — Tickets, Vendors & Sponsorships
Frontier Exchange Co. produces and coordinates community markets, themed events, ticketed experiences, vendor opportunities, and other gatherings designed to bring businesses and communities together. Specific event rules, schedules, benefits, application requirements, and participation terms may vary by event. Where event-specific terms are provided during registration, application, ticket purchase, sponsorship, or contracting, those terms control where they differ from the general information on this page.
Event Tickets
Before purchasing, ticket holders are responsible for reviewing the event date, start and end times, location, admission level, age requirements (if applicable), included benefits, and event-specific policies. Ticket refund, transfer, postponement, and cancellation terms are governed by the terms displayed for the specific event.
Frontier Exchange Co. may make reasonable changes to schedules, programming, participating vendors, layouts, entertainment, activities, or other event details when operationally necessary. Event-specific cancellation or postponement policies apply in such cases.
Vendor & Artisan Participation
Vendor participation is subject to application or approval when required. Vendor or market fees are generally due in advance. Approved vendor and co-op participation fees are non-refundable unless Frontier Exchange Co. approves otherwise in writing or event-specific terms expressly provide otherwise. No-shows may forfeit their participation fees.
Vendors must comply with all applicable setup and load-in instructions, space limitations, market rules, safety requirements, licensing and permitting requirements, food-service requirements, and sales-tax obligations. Vendors remain fully responsible for identifying and maintaining the licenses, permits, insurance, tax registrations, certifications, and approvals applicable to their own business.
Sponsorships
Sponsorship payments and accepted in-kind contributions are non-refundable once accepted, unless the applicable sponsorship agreement expressly provides otherwise. Where an event is postponed or rescheduled, sponsorship benefits may transfer to the rescheduled event according to the applicable sponsorship agreement. Sponsorship recognition, placement, production, signage, or promotional benefits may be reasonably adjusted based upon production and operational requirements. Sponsors are responsible for supplying requested logos, artwork, advertisements, or other materials by applicable deadlines. Event-specific sponsorship agreements control if they contain additional or different terms.

Products, Pricing & Payment
Products, services, tickets, vendor spaces, sponsorships, and other offerings are subject to availability. Frontier may modify or discontinue offerings at any time. Prices may change without notice for future purchases; prices applicable when an order is successfully submitted generally govern that transaction unless there is an obvious pricing or technical error. Payment is required according to the terms presented at checkout, booking, application, invoice, or agreement.
Order Acceptance
Frontier reserves the right to refuse or cancel transactions where reasonably necessary because of fraud concerns, obvious errors, product unavailability, legal restrictions, or other legitimate business reasons. This does not alter the customer-facing policy that orders cannot be canceled by the customer once placed.
Intellectual Property
Frontier Exchange Co.'s website content, branding, original educational materials, graphics, written materials, downloads, and other original content are protected intellectual property. Purchasing a product does not transfer ownership of Frontier's underlying intellectual property rights. Purchases of Learn materials grant a limited personal or internal business use license only.
